AI Muscle Generator
Turn one photo into a 5-second muscle transformation: flex, grow, stay yourself.
Muscle videos made from one photo
Every clip below started as a single still photo. The AI animates the flex and the growth, and keeps the face and the background exactly as they were.
The right transformation for each person
They raise both arms, flex, and the muscles grow. An adult man rips his shirt away to reveal a muscular chest and six-pack abs; a woman rips away the outer shirt to reveal a sports top, defined abs and strong arms, chest always covered. The face in the last frame is always the face in your photo.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI muscle generator?
A short video generated from a still photo in which the person flexes and their muscles visibly grow. The AI keeps the face, the clothes and the background and animates only the body and the pose.
Which photos work best?
One person facing the camera, arms visible, framed from the waist up. Gym photos, park photos and office photos all work; the transformation adapts to the outfit.
Is the AI muscle generator free?
New accounts receive free credits, enough for your first videos. After that, each video uses credits, and the price is shown on the button before each run. Credits come with a subscription plan; the cheapest, Starter, is $9 a month. You can also pay once with no subscription: $2.99 for one video or $5.99 for three, and those credits stay valid for 12 months.
Does it work for women and older people?
Yes. Women get the full transformation too: the outer shirt tears away to reveal a sports top and defined abs, with the chest always covered. It does not change age, gender or the face.
Will it rip the clothes off?
For adult men, yes, that is the fun of it: the shirt tears away to reveal the new chest and abs. For women, the outer shirt tears away too, revealing a sports top that keeps the chest covered, plus defined abs and arms.
Do I own the video?
Yes. Generated output is yours to use, including commercially, subject to the source model terms. No watermark on paid plans.
