Automatic refunds
If a generation fails for any reason (model downtime, content-policy rejection, timeout), the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to file a ticket.
Paid plan refunds
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than 20% of the credits included in your plan.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Not eligible for refund
- Credits already consumed by successful generations.
- Requests older than 14 days from purchase.
