This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not create with Vidney. It is part of our Terms of Service. If anything below conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
Vidney is an AI image and video generation workspace. We want the Service to stay useful for legitimate creative, marketing, product, and storytelling work. We do not support, market, or permit "uncensored", "unfiltered", NSFW, pornographic, adult sexual, or sexually explicit generation.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Vidney, and may not direct or permit any third party to use Vidney, to generate, request, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:
- Contains NSFW, nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or adult sexual material, including AI-generated images or videos.
- Sexualizes minors in any form, including stylized, animated, anime, cartoon, or AI-generated depictions. We report all such content to NCMEC and applicable law-enforcement authorities.
- Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit, verifiable consent.
- Uses face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation techniques to impersonate real people or create deceptive, defamatory, sexual, or commercially harmful content.
- Impersonates real people, including public figures, politicians, celebrities, or private individuals, in a deceptive, defamatory, or commercially harmful way.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and rights of publicity.
- Promotes graphic violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech targeting protected classes, or attempts to incite real-world harm.
- Generates malware, phishing pages, fraudulent identification documents, or instructions for synthesizing weapons capable of mass harm.
- Violates applicable law, including U.S. federal, state, and local law, the law of your residence, and applicable export-control or sanctions regimes.
Moderation and Enforcement
Generation requests are subject to automated safety checks, Model Provider safety systems, and human review of reports. Prompts or outputs that are rejected or flagged by safety systems may be blocked, removed, or reviewed. Before paid AI image/video generation traffic is enabled, Vidney requires Creem prompt moderation to be configured for that paid launch path.
Output that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, violates this Policy may be removed without notice. Repeated or severe violations can result in immediate Account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Reporting Abuse
To report abuse or request review of a moderation decision, email support@vidney.ai from the email address associated with your Account and include the relevant Generation ID or URL where available.
